Metal Fabrication

Our 33,000-sq. ft. fabrication bay has a broad range of fabrication capabilities, ranging from a single-piece part to a complex component. We bend, form, roll and weld a wide range of materials such as steel, aluminum alloys, stainless steel, titanium and other metals.

Our high-definition plasma table can turn raw steel into usable parts as large as 30 feet. Our press brake, rollers, and punches equip us to create perfectly formed parts, which can be certified to specific job requirements. Taylor Iron’s certified welders use GMAW, GTAW, and SMAW to fabricate anything from small assemblies to large complicated assemblies made from many different alloys. We are capable of different requirements from MIL specs to liquid penetrant inspection.
