Chief Executive Officer
Michael Cuba represents the fourth generation of the family to lead Taylor Iron. He joined the company in 2011, where he learned the business from the ground up. His early years were spent learning to weld and machine, and in 2016 moved into management roles. He was named CEO in 2018. Mike’s vision is to position the company for the future - to be an innovative, nimble, responsive partner to customers in some of the most complex and competitive industries in America. He attended the United States Air Force Academy.
VP of Business Development
Bob Holmquist joined the Taylor Iron team as vice president business development in 2018. In this position, he is responsible for creating new customer and program growth while establishing strong long-term business relationships. Previously, Bob held a variety of customer-facing positions with aerospace companies involved in the manufacture of machined/sheet metal parts. Earlier, he worked for major aerospace fastener companies in sales/business management positions. Bob holds a bachelor of science in business economics and public policy from Indiana University.
As office manager, Kathrine Harvey oversees Taylor Iron’s finance and administration. Her broad responsibilities put her at the hub of the company, from payroll and accounting to human resource management and strategic analysis of financial performance. She maintains the operations and employee handbooks and ensures compliance with relevant business laws and regulations. Kathrine joined the team in 2009 after a seven-year career as the office manager in the sheet metal industry. She holds an accounting associate’s degree from Kaplan University.
Nancy Lopez is Taylor Iron’s executive buyer. Her focus is on building and managing strong vendor relationships that lower supply costs, improve the quality and ensure the security of the supply chain. She leverages technology to pursue innovative and efficient support of customers’ needs. Nancy joined the company in 2014.
